Do you do postals? Yes, only cookies and cookie pies can be sent via postal. This is via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked

Can I order if I have an allergy? I recommend you don’t order if you have any food intolerances, allergies or dietary requirements. Polly & Crumbs handles all major allergens therefore cannot guarantee any cross contamination

Can I request a flavour that is not shown? Yes just send a message via email or social media

What if my postal order arrives damaged? I DO NOT supply refunds for any items that arrive broken / damaged. i.e a broken in half cookie. This is because it does not affect the edibility of the item and I am unable to control what happens in the transport process. All products are secured with bubble wrap to try to avoid this issue.

What if I don’t like the taste of the order? Refunds will not be given in the event of you not liking the taste or flavour as taste is subjective
