Allergen Information : Cakes and bakes are made in a kitchen that handles all major allergens. Therefore, Polly & Crumbs are unable to cater to allergies and food intolerances. All cakes and bakes have a trace of nuts. If you do decide to order, please disclose any food intolerances, dietary requirements and allergens.
Celebration Cakes: Cakes will keep fresh for up to 1 week or 3 months frozen. Fully defrost before eating. Keep out of direct sun. Keep in the fridge or in the coolest place. If there is an issue with your cake, package back and contact me as soon as possible to arrange returning the cake. The issue will be investigated and a refund will only be issued if warranted.
Issues and problems: In the unexpected case of something being wrong with your order, in the first instance please contact as soon as possible. All deposits are non refundable. In the event of needing to cancel, the money can be used for another product or a date change
